Pearl.com is a novel platform that provides users with live 1-on-1 consultations online with stringently vetted doctors, veterinarians, lawyers, mechanics, home improvement experts and more.
This type of service is still very new to most people, making it extra important to provide a transparent and easy-to-navigate experience. Among the many projects I worked on were responsive designs for the entire web experience, streamlined funnel/account flow, a new homepage and new landing pages.
With the changes we made to the Pearl website, landing pages and signup flow, we were able to push up our Net Promoter Score from the single digits to 30, increase homepage conversions by 25% and landing page conversions by 60%.
